I am a criminal defense attorney in Collin County and Dallas Metroplex area. I practice primarily in Collin and Dallas counties, representing the residents of McKinney, Allen, Plano, Frisco, Richardson, Dallas and the surrounding communities. I am a former Collin County prosecutor. I am licensed to practice in state courts and in the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

After Graduating from SMU’s Dedman School of Law in 2000, I worked for lawyers in big and small firms. I came to the Collin County District Attorney’s Office where I was promoted to Chief Prosecutor over-seeing a County Court at Law. There I handled countless DWI cases, drug cases, theft cases, and assault cases just to name a few. I am a member of the Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Collin County Bar Association, and Plano Bar Association. I am a founding partner of Nolte, Drain & Rosenthal, PLLC where I am currently the managing partner.
