Alan Brown draws upon the Constitution, the Bible, and a South Texas outlook for guidance in his pursuit of justice. An accused person is deemed innocent until proven guilty and every accused person is entitled to a good defense. He claims for his guiding principle the Biblical instruction to do justice, love mercy and walk humbly (Micah 6:8). And he remains vigilant in keeping with the South Texas philosophy that one should love your country but distrust your government.
Alan Brown has been a practicing criminal trial lawyer for more than 36 years, becoming one of the first lawyers in Texas to become a certified specialist in criminal law.* He is a charter member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers' Association, a member of the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers' Association, and of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has represented thousands of accused people across America who were seeking a criminal defense attorney with a passion for trial law and a track record of success.
Spiritual principles and a hard fought South Texas philosophy permeate Alan's life and practice, exemplified by his belief that one should love your country, but distrust your government, and his overriding principal that successful practice of law requires one to do justice, love mercy and walk humbly.
