Tracey Justice earned a bachelors degree in psychology from Baylor University in 1986. She received her Texas Real Estate license in 1987 and was an active Realtor for several years. She later decided to go to lawschool, and received her Doctorate in Juris Prudence from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2001. Ms. Justice is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and also in the Northern District of the Federal Court.

Tracey became a certified mediator in 2000, and in February 2008 became specially trained to mediate Suits Affecting the Parent Child Relationship. She volunteers her services at Dispute Resolution Services of Tarrant County. She also provides mediation services in her private practice as well as for the Mediation Clinic of North Texas (www.MediationClinic.com).

Ms. Justice is specially trained in collaborative law and is a member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas, as well as the Northeast Tarrant County Collaborative Law Group.

Tracey Justice is on the board of directors of Ohlook Performing Arts Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of live theater for children in the community. She is also an active member at Southlake Church. Tracey currently resides in Southlake.
