Randall D. Parker attended the University of Texas at Austin, and went on to Texas Tech University for his law degree. He then worked for Wright & Associates in Grand Prairie, in 1999, and Wendell Withrow Firm in Carrollton, in 2000, before establishing his own law firm in 2001. Randall D. Parker established his own specialized law office after being approached by many interested clients. He wanted to be able to practice the areas of law that he is most passionate about.
